The Dirty Deli is a Sunshine Coast food truck built on one idea: take proper deli sandwiches, put them on buttery brioche, grill them hot, and load them up until they're gloriously messy.
No shortcuts, no sad fillings — just slow-cooked meats, fresh sauces made in-house, and that golden, griddled crunch. Rolling out across South East Queensland from October 2026.
